My Story

I didn’t start in corporate health; in fact, my early 20s were the opposite. Years of late nights and neglecting my body left me depleted, until I found my way into the gym. At first, it was occasional, but when I returned to college as a mature student to study fashion design, it became my sanctuary. Amid long hours and high pressure, the gym was where my mind could switch off,  just counting reps, focusing on my breath, and working tension out of my body.

That balance didn’t last. After moving into London’s fashion industry, I was working over 70 hours a week under intense deadlines, living on coffee and quick snacks. My health began to break down, with no movement, little nourishment, and zero energy. Eventually, I reached a breaking point. I quit my job, rejoined the gym, and returned to a nutritious diet, slowly rebuilding my health and vitality.

In 2018, I retrained as a personal trainer to help others find their way back to health more easily. I worked in a busy London gym before moving home to Ireland, where I opened my private studio and began coaching clients online. Over time, I noticed a clear pattern: many of my clients’ health challenges weren’t just about individual habits; they were rooted in workplace culture.

From high-performing friends to corporate clients, I saw the same issues repeated: skipping lunch breaks, relying on carbs and caffeine to get through the day, spending hours at a desk, and heading home with nothing left for family or personal life. Even well-intentioned workplace wellness initiatives, step challenges, and occasional retreats weren’t addressing the real drivers of poor health: limited movement, unmanaged stress, inadequate nutrition, dehydration, lack of sleep, and no structure for sustainable habits.

After helping one client completely transform their health despite a high-pressure role, I realised the real solution lay in addressing the workplace itself. That’s why I created the Corporate Vitality Program, a practical, habit-driven framework designed to restore energy, resilience, and focus for busy professionals.

My philosophy is simple: you shouldn’t have to sacrifice your health to succeed. This program goes beyond helping people “cope” — it’s about enabling them to thrive in both their careers and their lives, with the energy, confidence, and structure to sustain it.
