About Me / My Story

I’m Niamh, a personal trainer, online coach, and corporate health coach dedicated to helping busy people build strength, improve their health, and perform at their best — inside and outside of work.

Before re-qualifying in fitness in 2018, I spent years working in the fast-paced fashion industry and in sales. I understand the professional world — I lived it, with all the pressure, deadlines, burnout, and lack of support that come with it.

I’ve experienced work-related stress, illness, and full burnout first-hand. But it was through those difficult periods that I developed a system of simple, evidence-based habits that didn’t just keep me going — they helped me genuinely thrive.

It all began with weight training, the thing that kept me grounded during my degree. It strengthened not only my body but also my mindset, giving me the confidence that I could push through tough situations and come out stronger.

I built Corporate Vitality from personal experience — and those methods have since helped many of my clients improve their energy, routines, and resilience while balancing demanding careers.
While much of my coaching background has been with professional women, Corporate Vitality is built for both men and women who want to improve their wellbeing and performance at work.

Whether I’m working one-to-one in the gym, coaching clients online, or helping corporate teams improve their energy and performance, my approach is the same: simple, effective training and nutrition that work in real life.

Corporate Vitality is the programme I wish organisations had when I was struggling — practical, structured, and built for real-world workloads, not ideal scenarios.
