About Me / My Story

I’m Niamh — a personal trainer, online coach, and corporate health coach helping busy professionals improve their energy, resilience, and performance through simple, evidence-based habits that work in real life.

Before moving into health coaching, I spent years in high-pressure corporate environments, experiencing burnout and the toll it takes first-hand.

Whether I’m working one-to-one in the gym, coaching clients online, or helping corporate teams improve their energy and performance, my approach is the same: simple, effective training and nutrition that work in real life.

• YMCA Level 3 Personal Trainer Diploma
• Active IQ Level 3 Award in Education and Training
